Our aim during the time your child is with us at Glencoe is to make sure that your child enjoys their education in a safe environment in order to fulfil his or her full educational potential and develop as a caring young person who will be a credit to themselves as well as a credit to you as parents and to our school. By doing this we will have helped lay the foundations to equip them to move on to secondary school and in their lives.
The school has a committed, experienced staff that uses a variety of up to date educational techniques to educate and develop our pupils. The Governing Body tries to ensure that all the resources to achieve this are available to the staff for the benefit of all pupils.
We consider the education of all children as a partnership between the child, parents and the school. If there are problems we will work with your child, yourselves and any outside agencies to ensure that the problem is dealt with and we would ask for your cooperation. Furthermore, as part of this partnership, if during your child’s time at Glencoe you have any questions relating to your child, their education or any other school matter please do not hesitate to contact us.
